Within minutes you will also receive an encrypted key and instructions on how to download your book. The encrypted key also allows Books for Pleasure to verify receipt of the book by you for audit purposes.

Books for Pleasure offers e-books in two formats; .PDF files and .XML files. The .PDF format books can be read by downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader free of charge or installing Glassbook reader on your computer, also a free download. We suggest using the Glassbook reader. The .XML format books are compatible with your Rocket E-Book Reader, Softbook Reader or your Palm PC.

Return Policy

All successfully filled orders are final and since the majority of our books are sold in electronic format it is easy for Books for Pleasure to track the completed delivery of a book. However, if an error does occur and we send you the wrong book, you will have the choice of receiving the correct book or a full refund of your purchase price. Printed books will be sent by courier requiring a signature on delivery.
