Brock and Becca - Saddle Up In Saskatchewan (Electronic version)

Excerpt:
I was the first one to look outside. The corral was full of horses.
I screamed, ?Mom, the horses are back,? and raced out the door and over to the corral.
Mom, Dad, Becca, and Krissy joined me.
The horses were beautiful, and there were so many of them.
?Don?t you go in there,? Mom warned.
?I?m going to ride every one of them,? I said.
Dad laughed. ?You must be planning to stay all summer.?
?They?re awfully big,? Mom commented. ?I was hoping they would have some ponies for the children.?
?And for you too, I?ll bet,? Dad added.

Synopsis
Recommended for ages 6-10
Brock and Becca and their parents spend a week at a working cattle ranch in Southern Saskatchewan.
The most exciting event for the two children was the first time they rode on a full-grown horse. Now ponies will no longer do. It was exciting for Mother as well because she had never been on a horse that hadn?t thrown her off.
The many activities during the week that Brock and Becca were involved in kept them busy, and Brock convinced that he wanted to be a cowboy when he grew up.
