When ordering an item from the Books for Pleasure giftshop, you can be confident of the high standard of quality you will receive. Your order will be shipped by courier and your signature will be required when the order is received by you. If you have ordered wearing apparel and receive the wrong size or colour or are not satisfied with your order, simply return the item to us within 5 (five) days of receipt stating the problem with the item and request either an exchange or refund. This request must be signed and dated by you and the merchandise must not have been altered, washed or worn. Shipping costs of returns are the customer's responsibility and returned items must be received before new merchandise is sent for exchange or refund is made.
